Services Description
Pactwing provides B2B consulting services connecting global businesses with Chinese manufacturers. Our services include supplier identification, verification, quality oversight, regulatory compliance support, and supply chain management for the advanced technology, automotive, pharmaceutical, and solar energy sectors.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding your sourcing needs
- Ensure you have the authority to engage in the business activities discussed
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
Confidentiality
Pactwing treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client identities, project details, or any proprietary information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Pactwing acts as an intermediary and consultant. We exercise reasonable care in supplier verification and quality oversight, but we cannot guarantee the ongoing performance, compliance, or reliability of any manufacturer. Pactwing's liability is limited to the fees paid for our consulting services in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Third-Party Manufacturers
Pactwing introduces clients to manufacturers but does not control or assume responsibility for those manufacturers' operations, quality systems, or compliance with specifications. Client-manufacturer relationships are independent, and any agreements are solely between the client and the manufacturer.
Fees and Payment
Consulting fees and payment terms are agreed upon in writing before commencement of any engagement. All fees are due according to the schedule specified in your engagement agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
